My family is so grateful to have found Joanna. She is the reason our trip to Baha Mar was exceptional. She prepared us from the little things to the big things. We always felt like we knew what we were doing because of Joanna. She arranged our reservations in the best tower for our family, she made sure we had connecting rooms with my sisters family, she contacted restaurants when we couldn't make reservations for groups larger than four, and she answered our millions of questions with great advice. Joanna is the best and we found our future travel agent. We love Joanna.

Joanna was fabulous to work with from start to finish! She understood exactly what we were looking for and delivered! Working with Joanna made planning this trip a breeze! She was able to arrange for an early check in, coordinated with the hotel to have a special birthday surprise for my daughter upon arrival and helped us secure the best rate while doing all of that! In addition she helped us plan the perfect itinerary that satisfied everyone (not an easy task)! Joanna was always responsive to my questions and her knowledge of the area was extremely helpful when we were making decisions. After this experience I will never plan another trip on my own! I’m leaving it to Joanna!
