I contacted Jim after trying to figure out a relaxing, spa type experience for my mom, 76 and me 57 on my own. I became overwhelmed and remembered Jim Smith, a former colleague who used to travel all over the world in the most creative ways. I knew he was now putting that experience to work as a professional travel advisor. He sent me choices, each one more perfect than the last based on his excellent questions that helped us determine exactly what we were looking for. Within 10 days of contacting Jim, we were off to Cabo. He gave us wonderful tips that made our trip easier. I hadn’t been out of the country in 25 years so I had lots of questions. It was very fun to receive a text from Jim while we were on our trip. We shared pictures with him and he genuinely seemed happy for our good time. I have already shared Jim’s contact information and look forward to working with him again very soon. Thanks again, Jim!

The hotel he picked for me was exactly aligned to my vision, and I loved the perks he was able to secure: early check-in, hotel credit, a welcome gift... in my busy life, having someone with this level of expertize and lived travel experience playing an advisory role on my trips has easily become a non-negotiable.
