Mr Bouderau was absolutely wonderful! I honestly was looking at a resort getaway when Jim recommended I look at VV cruise and destinations. He made the booking process so simple for us and gave us great advice with different rooms and excursions. Because of this positive experience, I have shared his information and our positive experiences cruising with VV with others. Thank you Mr Bouderau for sharing your insight and recommendations for this cruise line. We honestly wouldn’t have booked it without you. And we have already placed a deposit to cruise in the future with VV.

Jim was knowledgeable down to the amount we needed for our pre-paid bar tab. We explained what we liked to drink (top shelf vodka and wine) as well as how many drinks we would have during the day. It was vacation after all! He was precise to the dollar!

He helped ensure that we had priority boarding, as well as helped us ensure we had an extra foam topper for our bed. I have a bad back from an old sports injury.

From check-in to embarkation he was in constant contact. I will never book another vacation with anyone else, I used AAA for years, but his attention to detail and our personal requests were all addressed. I cannot say the same for the trips we booked with other agents.

He also advised us on tours and excursions. His vast travel experience shined when we had questions or concerns, and his advice was a reason that this was truly a trip of a lifetime.

WOW, working with Jim Bouderau on our big family trip to the Bahamas was the best decision, and Jim’s help ensured that our trip amazing! He knew and thought of things I would have missed and help us plan the best itinerary and travel details possible. He made the planning process easy and fun! He listened to my ideas and what we we wanted to do, and then he seamlessly set up our air travel, resort details and all the “extra” excursions I wanted to include. He took care of EVERYTHING, from the biggest arrangements to the smallest details. He researched every option for our trip, pretend all the choices and logistics to me, and after I confirmed our choices, he took care of ALL of the logistics as well as all of the correspondence with the resort. He printed up a detailed travel document for us, which included every detail we needed to know, had a car waiting for us at the airport in Nassau to take us to the resort, and arranged everything for us during our stay. Jim was sincerely excited for us to have a great experience.
Jim remained “there for us” every step of the way. We ended up having major air travel issues (all due to problems with the airline, nothing to do with the planning of this trip). Jim went out of his way to help us rearrange trip logistics in the face of huge air travel delays. Jim went far above and beyond his responsibilities to us for the trip, he took care of everything when the air travel problems occurred, and he was and was available to help us during our week-long trip. He fixed our resort plans to help us after the air travel issues and took care of everything to make sure we were able to adjust and continue our itinerary. He truly ensured that we could sit back and relax and enjoy the Bahamas, he did everything for us! Using Jim as our travel advisor was also great financially: we did not incur any extra cost to use his help and instead were able to get discounts and resort credits thanks to going through Jim and his travel company.

Jim is the absolute BEST and we will use Jim’s travel services on every single trip we take from here on out! We are so thankful that we had Jim help us with this big travel experience!
