Jillian was amazing! We'll be recommending her to all of our friends looking to plan/book family vacations. We appreciated how on "top of things" Jillian was - proactively keeping us up to date on the status of things, helping to make sure we were able to take advantage of the current FS promotional offer and combining it wither FS Preferred Partner status, and checking in to make sure we were all set with transportation, etc. She checked-in with us as we got closer to our trip and made sure the hotel and all of the restaurants were well aware of my daughter's food allergies. She also had the sweetest welcome treats and note waiting in our room for us when we arrived. We loved working with Jillian and will 100% be working with her again for our next family trip.
