I really appreciated Jillian's help in guiding us as we chose our vacation spot. She was absolutely spot on in how she described the place we ended up staying (pros and cons), and it was nice not to be surprised. We also got some great perks thanks to her (quick hotel check-in, free breakfast that's normally $44 per person, and a $100 credit). If anything, I wish she offered more planning services--I'd have gladly paid for someone to book our restaurants, cabanas, and excursions.

This is our first time working with Jillian and cannot say enough about how amazing she has been. She is always willing to help and go the extra mile, even after the million emails I went back and forth with her. She has fantastic contacts and was able to provide us with the help we needed, as well as extra perks. She made the booking process seamless and easy, always giving a variety of options and going above and beyond. 10/10! Thanks Jillian :).

Jillian is the best. We had another trip booked, but had a death in the family and our needs changed including a specific room set up. She came up with Sugar Beach and really made it seamless. We have worked with Jillian on multiple trips and look forward to continuing to do so!
