This is the first time I have used a travel agent. Jill is going to plan all my upcoming vacations. She did an AMAZING job. It was exactly what we wanted, and I loved putting it in someone else's hands to plan. She gave us a bunch of options and really tailored the plan to our requests. She got a great place, and then she even nudged me to do a little bit more, and I was super happy we got out on the water on a glass bottom boat tour. She also got a great deal.

Jill was an absolutely essential part of making a wonderful trip come to fruition. Between planning out all the bookings to accommodating last minute changes, I really don't know how I would have done it on my own. Even from the start, she asked questions and talked at length with me to really understand the kind of experience I wanted to have. Thanks a ton, Jill! So immensely grateful for all the work you put in my West Coast dream trip off!
