Unfortunately, our experience with Jill from Fora did not meet expectations. Key details about the property were not proactively shared, which would have been helpful in setting expectations ahead of the trip. There was also no pre-departure check-in, no outreach at check-in, and no follow-up after the stay. While the property itself delivered on what we were looking for, the agent support felt largely hands-off and added limited value to the overall planning and travel experience.

I cannot express how much I appreciate Jill’s help planning and executing on a two week trip to Slovenia, which included stays at Lake Bled, Ljubljana, and Trieste (Italy). From the start of the planning process, Jill listened carefully to the type of trip we wanted and exactly how she could assist in making that happen. She discovered great housing options for each leg of our trip (including the really amazing Bled Rose Hotel!) and advised about unique events and tourism sites that allowed us to plan our itinerary thoughtfully. Jill was particularly thoughtful about our unique travel needs, including accommodating mobility challenges for an elder (e.g., elevators) and finding hotels with parking for our rental car. Ultimately, the thing we valued most about Jill during the planning process was her ability to nudge us —gently but firmly— to finalize plans in time to achieve the exact vacation we wanted.

Jill is great and clear with her communication and recommendations. She listens to the needs of each client and provides services that are right-sized to what they are looking for. 10/10 advisor to work with!
