I cannot recommend booking with Jess highly enough! She was incredibly friendly, professional, and so easy to work with throughout the entire planning process. She did her research and sent us an itinerary with various options to make a great trip while taking our budget into account.
When unforeseen circumstances forced us to change our travel dates, she truly went above and beyond to help us. She handled the stressful process of canceling and rebooking all of our accommodations with so much patience and care. She even worked late into the night to get everything confirmed because Thailand is 12 hours ahead. Her communication, responsiveness, and commitment made what could have been a nightmare feel manageable and seamless
Jess helped bring a bucket list trip to life! I will absolutely be calling Jess when it’s time for my next vacation!
