Jessica had great communication with me. She went above and beyond to find a hotel that was in a central location to all my travel and visiting of Los Angeles, California. The small gift she had provided in the room upon our arrival was very much appreciated. When searching for a hotel, Jessica communicated everything with me (prices, value, location, distance to places I wanted to visit, amenities, etc). The process for hotel selection was much easier with Jessica's help.
