Hands down, a perfect stay! We booked our trip to Ashford Castle through Jess, and every single detail was spot on. The estate is absolutely stunning, and a few experiences really made the trip:
Falconry: This was unreal. Getting to fly birds of prey through the woods is a must-do.
Golf: The course is beautiful and a total blast to play.
The Food: Every dinner was top-tier with incredible service and atmosphere.
Birthday Surprise: The staff went completely above and beyond to make the birthday celebration feel special and personal.
Huge thanks to Jess for setting up an unforgettable itinerary. If you get the chance to go, do it—we’ll definitely be back!

Huge shoutout to Jess for locking in a one-night stay for us at The Merrion—a spectacular place in the heart of Dublin. The hotel beautifully pairs classic historic charm with a vibe that is incredibly welcoming and laid-back. Even for a quick visit, the room was a total sanctuary with an unbelievably comfortable bed. The staff here are phenomenal, delivering five-star hospitality.

Everything was perfectly taken care of - we had a unique situation where I was putting two rooms for me and my family on one card and Jessica handled everything and made it seamless.

Sailing the Saronic Gulf of Greece
The Saronic Gulf is a perfect option for sailing and exploring Greece with its proximity to Athens, and quaint picturesque towns. Less busy than the typical Cycladic islands on everyone's mind, you can enjoy the magical charm offered by each unique island at your leisure. I first visited Greece in 2016 on a similar trip, sailing through the Saronic Gulf and partying my way through each stop. I couldn't shut up about how amazing it was. Fast-forward to seven years later, a group of 20+ friends decided to charter our own yachts and sail to each island. I couldn't believe how much I missed the first time around! So much to discover, and of course some spots which begged to be visited again. Please note that weather conditions and other factors may influence the itinerary, so it's important to stay flexible and make adjustments as needed.
