Jessica made it extremely easy to get the trip planned and booked! My partner and I often talk about doing things like this but never actually take the time to make it happen, so having Jessica get everything together was amazing because all we had to do was say “yes!”

Our booking advisor was very helpful in checking out all of our needed amenities before we booked. She also did a follow-up to make sure we were able to get checked in without any issues. She definitely takes her job seriously and comes highly recommended.

Jessica was great! She is very thorough and professional! She helped resolve an issue on Expedia's end where they had the wrong name listed on the reservation. She resolved the issue quickly and we had a wonderful vacation! Will definitely book through her again.
