We loved working with Jessica! She was super communicative, responsive, and always available to answer our questions. Baha Mar is a huge resort with so many options, and we truly could not have navigated everything without her guidance.

Every recommendation she made was spot on - from activities for our kids to dinner reservations. Her advice helped us make the most of our vacation and took so much of the stress out of planning. It was clear that she really knows the resort and took the time to understand what would work best for our family.

Jessica was so helpful during the entire booking process for this cruise! I was worried about planning a trip that would be enjoyable for everyone, including toddlers and grandparents. She made sure we had all the amenities we needed in the rooms and even helped us through a snafu with booking the nightly dinners. She checked in with us multiple times to ask if we had any questions and let us know when to check our emails for messages regarding our boarding passes. I am so glad I chose to reach out and have Jessica help me with this trip. It took alot of stress off my shoulders knowing I had her to help along the way. Thank you for everything!

Jessica was excellent. She crossed every "T" and dotted every "I". She made our travel experience very enjoyable. If we needed her during our trip she was always available.
