Jessi understands accessibility needs and ensures what you need is what you get. She provides follow up before you go to check on other needs you didn’t ask for at booking. She left us a welcome note and invited us to let her know if we needed anything. Some chocolates were also in the room. She is very attentive and accommodating.

We recently traveled to Seattle and had the most incredible experience, all thanks to Jessi, our amazing travel advisor. From start to finish, every detail was handled with care and consideration.

We stayed at a beautiful hotel near the pier, and Jessi made sure everything was customized perfectly. Since I’m pregnant, I couldn’t enjoy the usual complimentary champagne — instead, Jessi surprised me with my favorite ice cream, mint chocolate chip! That thoughtful gesture alone speaks volumes about her attention to detail.

We were also upgraded to a stunning corner room with breathtaking views of the city, mountains, and water. Both dinner and breakfast were included, and everything was delicious and easy to access.

The next day, picking up our rental car was effortless, and our drive to our next destination went off without a hitch. When we arrived, check-in was smooth, and our new room even had a balcony — another lovely touch.

Jessi was incredibly responsive and easy to reach throughout the trip. She truly went above and beyond to make everything feel seamless and stress-free.
