As a Michelin-trained chef, I bring a culinary insider’s perspective to travel. I specialize in uncovering lesser-known food, wine, and adventure experiences, crafting trips that feel local, meaningful, and memorable—equally passionate about elevated luxury and well-planned budget travel.
Travel Style
My travel style is curious, immersive, and led by appetite—both for great food and real experiences. I gravitate toward places that feel lived-in rather than polished, where the wine is poured by the producer, the meals come with stories, and the adventure might mean getting a little lost (on purpose).
I believe great travel isn’t about price tags—it’s about access and intention. Some trips call for barefoot luxury and perfectly timed indulgence; others shine with simple pleasures done exceptionally well. Whether it’s a hidden trattoria, a remote vineyard, or an unexpected adventure, I design journeys that feel authentic, personal, and just a little off the beaten path.

Jenny helped us craft this once-in-a-lifetime trip and it was truely amazing because of her guidance. She guided us to off-the-beaten-path restaurants and experiences that we would not have found otherwise. She helped us see the wild side of Sardinia with a truly local touch.. Her personal touches and care made our experience from her self-guided walking tours, winery visits, hidden gems, and little tips and tricks that made all the difference. When traveling in Italy and anywhere for that matter, we will never use anyone else! Her culinary background and deep knowledge of Italy made for an easy, adventure-filled trip. She secured us upgrades, hard-to-get dinner reservations, and a personalized tour all well within our budget. Can not recommend her enough.
