My Story
I didn't come to wellness travel through a yoga mat or a sabbatical. I came through burnout. For years I have led project management operations at a digital agency—managing teams, clients, and complex deliverables at a pace that left little room for actually living. I was good at it. I was also exhausted in a way that a long weekend couldn't touch.
The trip that changed everything was a few days in Sedona right after the new year—a spontaneous escape with a close friend after one of the most challenging and demanding work years of my life. We explored. We climbed. We slowed down. By the time I left, I felt genuinely grounded for the first time in months. I came home with more patience, more gratitude, and less of the stress I'd been carrying so long I'd stopped noticing it. I was ready to return to my family and my work.
That experience reframed everything I thought I knew about travel. It wasn't a vacation. It was a reset. And I realized that's exactly what I wanted to build for other people.
I became a travel specialist because the people who need this kind of travel the most—high-performers, team leaders, people who give everything to their work and their families—are often the last ones to prioritize it. I want to change that.
My background in project management means I bring something most travel advisors don't: obsessive attention to detail, a deep understanding of how busy professionals think, and the ability to design a trip that actually fits your real life.
Every itinerary I build through The Wellness Itinerary starts with one question: how do you want to feel when you return? Everything else flows from there.
Travel Style
I travel like someone who has managed too many projects to leave anything to chance—and like someone who has learned the hard way that the best moments happen when you leave room for them. My own most transformative trip was a few days in Sedona with a close friend, right after the new year, coming off a year that had demanded everything I had. No rigid agenda. Just red rock trails, fresh air, and the kind of quiet that recalibrates you. I came home a better version of myself—more patient, more present, more grateful.
That experience is the standard I hold every itinerary to. My style is intentional but never rigid. I research obsessively so you don't have to, curate properties that have been genuinely vetted, and build itineraries with enough structure to feel held and enough space to feel free.
I'm drawn to destinations that have a relationship with slowness—places where the culture itself teaches you something about how to rest. Thermal towns in Italy. Red rock canyons at sunrise. Jungle retreats where the wifi is optional and the silence is the point.
I believe wellness travel should feel like coming home to yourself. That's what it did for me. That's what I want it to do for you.

Costa Rican Paradise: The Ultimate Jungle Guide
Costa Rica holds a special place in my heart because it delivers something most destinations can only promise—a genuine, full-body reset that you feel before you even check in. The concept of pura vida isn’t marketing. It’s a lived philosophy that slows you down and reconnects you to what matters. From the mineral-rich thermal waters of Arenal to the crystal-quartz mountain perch of The Retreat, every corner of this country is designed—by nature itself—to restore you. For my clients who lead hard and give everything to their work and families, Costa Rica is where I send them first.
