Jenny Joy

This was our first time working with Jenny and her Customer Service and expertise are phenomenal! I had originally booked the hotel by myself, however Jenny was able to find us a nearly similar price but with breakfast for two included, an ocean view room upgrade, a $100 resort credit, and a welcome gift. The breakfast and room view truly made a huge difference on our vacation enjoyment. Jenny crossed every T and dotted every I before and during our trip to make sure things were smooth and relaxing throughout the entire process. I cannot recommend her more! We’ve already told several friends to work with her on their next trip. We will definitely use her for our family vacation needs. Thank you so much for all of your hard work! This was a wonderful experience.

Jenny was amazing. She was so helpful and thoughtful to our needs. I was traveling with my almost 70 year old mother and my 9 year old daughter. She made planning a booking our trip a breeze and even helped troubleshoot some small things that came up while we were on the trip. We had a few planning calls and numerous emails about the trip and she answered all the questions that I had as they came up. I was concerned with traveling with my daughter and she helped me plan/ navigate any concerns I had. It was wonderful to hear her personal insights and I really appreciated all that she did to help make this such an amazing trip! I would highly recommend Jenny (and have been when anyone asks) and plan to use her again for our next trip- which is possibly next summer!

Jenny is incredibly knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to make sure we've thought of all the details. She would listen to my ideas and suggestions too and then do extra research and give feedback that I hadn't thought of. She is patient and flexible, while also balancing keeping us on track in order to not miss important time windows! Booking with Jenny got us room upgrades, breakfasts, dining credits and more - all while costing us nothing more than if we had done all the work ourselves without the upgrades - what a deal!
