Jenny was the complete saving grace of this nightmare of a trip! We would not have survived (or even continued on) without her above and beyond service throughout our entire stay. Not only did she book us the perfect hotel and car service while sharing a plethora of options that fit our needs, she provided incredible support as the trip began to fall apart.

From the moment we learned of our flight delay, Jenny was immediately on top of communicating with the car service and hotel. Even though we were fighting with (our entire flight) and everyone else dealing with travel issues, Jenny worked tirelessly to guarantee that we got a car and secured our room by the time we arrived in JFK at 2AM. Then, Jenny continued to stay in touch throughout the trip and provided support to ensure we got home safely. We would not have been able to make it without her. Thank you so much!!

Jenny was stellar throughout, from booking our great hotel, to snagging dinner reservations for us at a hard-to-get-into restaurant, to recommending and buying tickets for a special attraction that we wouldn't have known about otherwise. She checked in with us as our trip date approached to ask whether we needed anything more and followed up after to make sure all went well.
