10 out of 10. Jenn made everything so easy. She always made sure we had all the information we needed before and during the cruise. She went above and beyond for us doing things like printing our luggage tags and putting them in holders for us, talking with the reservation people to have all of our dinner reservations put together, and suggesting fun excursions! She is the best!

She’s extremely knowledgeable and provided great options and suggestions for excursions, making everything seamless and stress-free.
