Jennifer is amazing. We talked to three other Virgin First mates, none of whom were able to help us decide. None of the others seemed to understand that people, like us, who are well traveled but never considered cruising have lots and lots of questions (read concerns). She instilled in us the confidence to take the leap onto a ship. Honestly, the other First Mates we talked to were more committed to other cruise lines. Jennifer is 100% committed to the Virgin Voyages products. My wife put 2 down payments on future voyages, and we have started discussions with Jennifer on dates and itineraries.
