Jen knew exactly what we wanted and then some! She booked things efficiently and was so communicative. She made the whole experience so incredibly special!

This was our first time booking with Jen. Let me tell you, it was seamless!! I will never book another tropical vacation with anyone else. Jen was super responsive and listened to our wants and needs, as a larger group traveling. Jen made recommendations on locations and resorts, based on our family’s needs. We traveled with four younger kids and was on top of it! She offered us lots of options and even when I contacted her with little changes (dates, times), she was right there to guide us along the way. Jen even sent me a text, once our bags were checked and loaded on the plane! My family is grateful for Jen, her expertise and experience. Can’t wait to book our next trip!

Exceptional. Everything was exactly the way she described and we had no trouble with transfers or booking excursions because it was already done for us. Even our dinners and she gave great references for places to eat and things to do. No guessing when leaving our departure was extremely easy with enough time at the airport and to relax before our flight. She’s excellent. We will book our next and future trips with her.
