Jennifer worked hard to get me the best rate. She personally reached out to the hotel to make sure my room was the best and they left me extra water (I was running a race) and the chocolates were a special bonus. I was expecting a double bed with an interior room but when I got there I had a king bed with a city view, 6ht floor. I know her phone call to the hotel made the difference!
