Jennifer is delightful to work with and was very attentive to my needs. She was able to work her magic to get me a room upgrade (based on availability) and booked spa appointments on my behalf. She is incredibly knowledgeable about the Omni property and about Asheville in general. She gave me GREAT recommendations for restaurants of every type of cuisine in the area, including a cute little breakfast place close to the Omni that was super convenient for my early morning drive out of town. Based on this experience, I'd feel very confident in working with Jennifer on any future travel plans, especially when fun food destinations are involved! Thanks, Jennifer!
