Jennifer was our first booking agent, and we’ll definitely be going with her again. She’s super caring and really wants to make sure our vacation booking goes smoothly. She was just as excited to help us as we were to go on the cruise, and she made us feel totally confident in her skills. She double-checked that all our info was sent to the cruise line correctly, even working through some technical issues with them. As a pre-cruise gift bag, she got us useful lanyards for our cruise cards and good luggage tag holders to make sure our luggage made it to our room. She got us an awesome deal on our week-long cruise, and even managed to upgrade our room! That was one of the best surprises and really made our trip even more special.
