I can't thank Jen enough for the incredible job she did planning our trip to Mexico City. From start to finish, she went above and beyond to make sure every detail was thoughtfully handled, and it truly made all the difference.

She booked us at the Mondrian in Condesa, and thanks to her, we received a complimentary room upgrade with an amazing view and a beautiful soaking tub. She also let the hotel know we were celebrating a special anniversary, and they surprised us with thoughtful treats and beautifully arranged plates of goodies after housekeeping serviced our room. Those personal touches made us feel so welcomed and celebrated.

Jen also coordinated all of our excursions, and every single one was seamless. Each experience was unique, well-organized, and led by friendly, knowledgeable bilingual guides, which made everything easy and enjoyable.

What stood out most was the peace of mind she gave us throughout the entire process. She checked in with us before the trip and reassured us that she was only a phone call or message away if we needed anything. Thankfully, everything went perfectly, but knowing she was there if something came up allowed us to completely relax and enjoy our vacation.

Jen's professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for her clients are second to none. This was truly one of the best trips we've ever taken, and so much of that is because of her hard work and dedication. We are incredibly grateful and will absolutely be using her again for future travels. Thank you, Jen, for creating such a memorable experience!

Jennifer found a great deal on a hotel in our budget even managed to work some magic ;-) and get us a room here during Semana Santa when they were fully booked when we originally tried to book here.

Jen knocked it out if the water. This place was insanely good.
