Jennifer is fantastic. I have really hard time trusting anyone with any kind of organizational work, especially when it comes to vacations. From the first moment of my conversation with Jen I could see how caring and knowledgable she was. Sometimes all travel agents care about is that you book with them. I didn't have that feeling from Jen and I really appreciated it.
