Jen is terrific. I always feel like I'm communicating with a highly knowledgeable friend rather than a "travel agent". She listens very well and presents possibilities based on my desires and budget. She offers great suggestions and is very good about feedback and updates.

This is the second "grandkid" trip Jen has helped me plan. Last year was taking my 20-year-old grandson to the Amalfi Coast and this year taking my 13-year-old grandson to Paris. Both trips, with Jen's help, worked out seamlessly. Two more grandkids to go and I certainly will be using Jen.

I am a very savvy traveler having been on numerous road trips/etc. since I was about 6 years old. My primary reason for contacting a TA was to receive extra perks that I would not receive booking on my own. from the moment that I contacted Jennifer and she responded to me within 30 minutes of my initial outreach, I knew I would not have to worry about a single thing on this trip. Jennifer made sure that I got an amazing deal, an amazing room, knew EVERYTHING that I needed to know, and got me significantly more perks than I could have ever expected.
