Jenny continues to amaze me with her knowledge of the area and how she checks ahead to make sure we are receiving the best care and customer experience. We have asked to stay in ground floor and top floor units depending on who is staying and she works with the hotel ahead of time to ensure our needs are met. I can't recommend Jenny enough to my family and friends!

She gave us many options ahead of time across different time frames, budgets, lines, etc and she finally helped us settle on what felt like a truly wonderful deal. She made it incredibly easy for us at every stage, had restaurant / excursion recommendations that ended up being some of our favorite of the whole trip, and made sure to check in with us to ensure we were getting along well. Thank you Jennifer for making our trip special!

Jennifer was professional and knowledgeable. She went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. I required a few special requests and Jennifer made that seamless with the Venetian. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a well-planned trip!!!

Jenny was wonderful! She gave us lots of options in the area and told us a little about each hotel. She helped us ultimately pick the Langham and got us a beautiful room! We were traveling with my mom, a toddler and a newborn. Jenny ensured we had connecting rooms to my mom and had everything ready for my kids (pack n play, crib, etc). Jenny also informed us about all of the club level amenities, kids club, and gave us recommendations on what to do in Chicago while we were there! She is amazing and I use her every time!
