Jen always has my back when I need her for travel. This trip was not planned far in advance and on a slim budget, yet Jen gave me a ton of options to pick from. Even though it was last minute, our trip was enjoyable.

Jennifer found us the best room in Kyoto. It was large enough for my group (3 adults and 3 children), within budget, and an awesome location. She even helped us mail our suitcases from Yokohama to Kyoto, making our travel day much easier! She has a passion for Japan that can’t be beat. I would definitely book with her again.

Jen listened to what we wanted to see and our hotel was absolutely perfect. We were walking distance to everything we wanted to see and the hotel was well within budget. She put our needs first and it was wonderful.

Jen helped us book this last minute after we had a change in plans. Perfect location and we were able to ship our bags to the next location with ease at a Yamato location across the street. She helped with the entire thing.

Jennifer literally planned a trip across the country for me. I took a road trip from Maryland to Florida to Washington state. She booked everything and the trip was seamless. She even printed a booklet with a daily itinerary and recommendations for restaurants.
