Jennifer is incredible. She thought of everything and checked with us to ensure that the hotel was everything we expected. She has excellent communication skills, asking the right questions to ensure she understood what we were looking for and providing us with several options. Once we decided on one, she took care of everything. I highly recommend Jennifer for all your travel needs.

I had a great experience working with Jennifer. She took time to understand what was important to me for the type of experience I was after, and she made the process very seamless to reserve a stay at the Madeline. I also appreciated the added benefits that I received in working with her such as free daily breakfast, a $100 resort credit and a complimentary late check-out - great perks that made the trip that much more enjoyable.
