Ikos Porto Petro was our first time in Mallorca. Jenny took care of EVERYTHING... she booked us, she was able to get the discount on my shortened trip, and she surprised us with an upgrade to a suite! I love that Jenny gave me her input when I was stuck between hotels. It was the perfect big getaway for my husband and I. All inclusive, the food was 5-star, Michelin chefs and restaurants, top-shelf alcohol, and the service from the staff left as asking for nothing more. Jenny booked a few little stops after Mallorca for us and at each hotel left us a little note and treat wishing us a fantastic trip. Even last minute, when I had some concerns about a hotel I picked, Jenny ensured my trip was worry-free... made changes... and she took care of all the things I did not even think about... travel to and from airport... she even added another couple to my ride, last-minute, without issue. Jenny was so easy to contact... text/email... and her response time was quick - even with a time change - as I contacted her while we were away. I have already referred her services... and I don't know if I can go back to booking trips on my own anymore.
