I had an excellent booking experience with Jennifer Cadden. Initially I felt lost and overwhelmed when I began planning a trip to Costa Rica for myself and my daughter. With less than two months before our trip date, I did not know where to begin. As soon as I was referred to Jennifer and we began talking about the possibilities, I felt both relieved and excited. Jennifer asked great questions about the type of activities we were interested in, the areas we might like to visit, and our preferences in regards to transportation. She took everything into consideration and got back to me with great hotel and excursion options. She arranged a driver to pick us up at the airport, and later transport us to our second hotel. We met several times to work out the details, and provided me with a beautiful and thorough itinerary.

Jennifer supplied me with great information about the country and what I might expect there. She gave me important tips on how to prepare, and what I might need to bring.

Mid way in our trip, I decided to include an excursion that I heard about from a local. Jennifer made all of the arrangements including rearranging a driver, booking an extra night at a hotel and booking the excursion. It was a lot to ask, but she was more than happy to help us and be sure everything was in place.

I cannot recommend Jennifer more highly! (I wish there were more stars) She is responsible for making this a truly wonderful vacation. She eliminated the stress and allowed me to relax and really enjoy my daughter and Costa Rica. Thank you Jenn!

Mike and Jen were amazing!! They took care of the room block for us and made booking a breeze! They dealt with all of the communication with the hotel and took so much off of my plate. I would recommend them to anyone! We will definitely be booking through them in the future!

Jennifer helped us plan an unforgettable five-day trip to Panama in November. She booked our flights and our all inclusive hotel stay at the Westin Playa Bonita. We didn't have to do a thing other than relax and enjoy! We are super excited to work with her again on our trip to Montenegro and Italy in September!
