Jennie took the time to understand exactly what we were looking for and curated excellent options. Her hotel recommendations were outstanding—we loved every property she selected. She organized everything for us, including hotels, transportation, our flight to New York, and even a wonderful bus tour so we could enjoy the city. She also arranged transportation from Toronto to Buffalo so we could briefly visit Niagara Falls while still ensuring I could attend my business meeting and make it to our flight on time. The timing and coordination were flawless.
Jennie prepared a detailed itinerary that made the entire trip effortless. She also thoughtfully arranged assistance for us when we landed in New York, taking into consideration some mobility challenges, which showed just how attentive and detail-oriented she is.
