I truly don’t think I’ll ever book a trip on my own again. Working with Jenni made everything effortless from start to finish.

I reached out asking if it was even possible to fit all four parks at Walt Disney World into three days and then head to Marco Island to relax — and within hours she sent multiple options, pricing, transportation details, and thoughtful recommendations, all clearly mapped out. It was organized, strategic, and completely tailored to our family.

As a first-time Disney adult, I was overwhelmed — the app, Lightning Lanes, ride strategy, dining reservations… it’s a lot. Jenni asked for our “must-dos” and built the perfect itinerary (literally the most beautiful , clearly written document I have ever seen) from there. We enjoyed a fun dinner at Roundup Rodeo BBQ at Hollywood Studios, an elegant lunch at Be Our Guest in Magic Kingdom, and a unique (and delicious!) dinner at San Angel Inn in Epcot. We also squeezed in a character breakfast at the Polynesian and enjoyed an array of iconic snacks and treats along the way.

We stayed at Disney’s Polynesian Village Resort, which was incredibly convenient — easy access to parks by bus, monorail, and boat. Convenience and ease were major priorities for us, and this checked every box. You can even see the Magic Kingdom fireworks from the resort, which felt magical in itself. Because we were focused on maximizing park time (and the weather didn’t cooperate), we didn’t get to explore the pools and water areas, but they would be the perfect way to unwind after a typical hot Disney day.

Jenni also suggested and secured the Memory Maker package for us — unlimited professional photos throughout the parks and on rides, all downloadable in the app. This was such a smart suggestion. We captured incredible family memories without constantly passing phones around or interrupting others. The photos are fantastic and something we’ll treasure.

From there, Jenni arranged transportation to Marco Island, where we were upgraded to a top-floor room overlooking the pool and ocean and welcomed with a beautiful basket of treats and beverages. It was the perfect transition from high-energy Disney magic to total relaxation.

Every detail was handled. Every question answered. Every stress point eliminated. Jenni didn’t just book a trip — she curated an experience and it couldn't have been more wonderful !
