Jenna is extremely professional and knowledgeable. She was such a pleasure to work with from start to finish and we felt confident that we were in good hands. We’ve since recommended her to several friends and family members and trust that she will plan incredible, memorable trips for everyone. She helped us secure free upgrades at hotels and had a special welcome gift with a card waiting for us at one of the hotels. We were so impressed with her planning our recent trip that we have asked her to plan our honeymoon, and we cannot wait to work with her more in the future!!

We loved working with Jenna! She started by making sure she knew about us and what we wanted to get out of our travels. She was communicative, gave us lots of options, and always took any feedback we gave into account. She booked all our hotels, transfers, and activities for us and then made sure we had all the information in advance in an easy to access place. It made our travels so easy and worry free! I would definitely work with Jenna again and recommend her to my friends!

This is my first experience using a travel agent and it was a positive one! I will definitely use a travel agent again to help me with big vacations or when traveling to a new area!
