Jenna reached out to me after seeing my posts on an Aruba fb page where I was inquiring about places to stay. At first I was hesitant to use a stranger to book my vacation, but after a little research on her and the company, I put our plans into her hands. Jenna was always available, reliable and patient with me during the entire process of planning, during our stay and even after. She never once made me feel like a nuisance. Jenna gave us the info on a sweet, reliable driver to get around Aruba as well as a ton of restaurants, activities and tour recommendations. She called the hotels and made sure we were being taken care of and had champagne waiting for use along with treats when we arrived to both hotels. We were given credit at the Ritz as well as free breakfast through Jenna's booking. She even made sure we got home okay (there was a severe storm coming through) and made herself available if we needed any additional help if travel plans changed. I will utilize Jenna for any future traveling and have recommended her to my friends and family. We are truly appreciative of her and all of her hard work! Thank you Jenna!!

We loved working with Jenna for our minimoon to Napa! We had so much going on leading up to the wedding and Jenna made planning this trip a breeze. She provided us with great hotel, food, winery, and activity recommendations. All of her recommendations came with thorough notes, pricing and a cute photos from her own trip. Her communication was fast and very friendly. She checked in with us leading up the wedding weekend and during our stay. We loved every aspect about the trip and can't wait to work with Jenna again!

Jenna Picton was absolutely AMAZING! From the moment we discussed the possibility of vacationing in Hawaii, she gave us a plethora of options to choose from based on the information that we gave her! Jenna was able to get our family free breakfast, a free room upgrade to a bungalow on the ocean, champagne and a free gift just for booking with her! She made the planning process, for what has been the best vacation that we've ever taken, manageable and stress-free! She helped us choose the right island, the right locations to visit, and beautiful resorts where we were truly spoiled and well taken care of! I can't imagine not using Jenna for the rest of our vacations! Thank you SO much!
