My Travel Style
Whether it’s boutique family travel, exploring an old city, a cross-country road trip or trekking in the backcountry, I am always down for an adventure. I enjoy a slow, thoughtfully-planned trip with room for spontaneity... and, of course, plenty of good food. I love planning trips and showing families how fun and rewarding it can be to travel with children. But, if you are in need of kid-free travel, I get it, and I've got that covered too.

Start to finish it was a breeze, Jenn made it so easy to just arrive and be taken care of from then on out by the staff at the Durango. Our dinner reservations were at the best restaurant in the casino and was very delicious! We even got a welcome champagne and chocolate strawberries delivered to our room after check in. It made our anniversary so special and we shared such an amazing night!

Santa Barbara, California, is often called the "American Riviera" for its stunning coastal views, Mediterranean-style architecture and relaxed yet sophisticated vibe. Santa Barbara has much to offer in terms of good food, natural beauty and a rich cultural history. This guide is not a list of all the best restaurants in Santa Barbara, nor is it a list of everything Santa Barbara has to offer. This is a list of some of my family’s favorite spots and the places we enjoy everyday as Santa Barbara locals. Our favorite food spots are not overly fancy, but everything is high quality, and mostly locally sourced or organic. It’s our best list… there’s something for everyone and it does not disappoint!
