My Story
Hi! I’m Jen Zielinski, and I’ve spent over 20 years in the hospitality industry at several hotel properties in the Milwaukee area. I’ve had the opportunity to work with incredible brands like Starwood, Marriott and currently IHG. Throughout my career, I’ve been passionate about creating welcoming guest experiences and building strong connections. I’m based in Waukesha, Wisconsin, and have loved combining my career in hospitality with my personal love for travel. My family and I have been a youth sports travel family for years, which has taken us all over the country. I always enjoy discovering local restaurants and hidden gems wherever we go — far from the typical tourist spots.

Having spent over two decades in hospitality, I understand what truly makes a guest experience memorable — not just from a service standpoint, but from the little moments that make a trip special. I’ve explored cities across the country (and beyond) with my family through sports travel, which means I know how to find those hidden local gems that bring a destination to life.
