Jen was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. The iteration process was natural. It was great to be able to bounce ideas off of each other. Jen spent the time to understand what experiences we were looking for. From there she did the research and proposed options that were inline with what we wanted and even more. Jen's travel partner in Iceland gave us a welcoming, low stress, and fun experience. The Bobby Fisher experience for my husband was the special treat for all of us. So unexpectedly amazing. This vacation was more than I could ever imagine.

We worked with Jen to plan a tricky 8-day vacation that included both business meetings and sightseeing in London, followed by complete culture-immersion and adventure in Marrakesh, Morocco. The tours and guides in Marrakesh were so kind and helped us understand the culture, shop, and even adjusted our tours to accommodate the kids or temperature or other variables. We were able to get a mix of culture and pool relaxation as well as traditional foods and kid-friendly food options for the kids. From a London Double Decker Bus to Camel riding in the Agafay Desert this trip was awesome all around!

Jen's professionalism was second to none. Her knowledge of what was being sold was spot on. I would and have recommended her to friends who are looking to travel outside of the US.

Jen Lyon is AMAZING! I called her two weeks before I wanted to travel with a slightly unrealistic set of requests for domestic travel. She was upbeat, positive and efficient. She had options to present to me within 24 hours and went to great lengths to communicate directly with our chosen hotel to make sure our preferences were met. She was an outstanding communicator and just a joy to work with.
