Jen is so thorough! She makes everything so easy and enjoyable for us! Hawaii was the trip of a lifetime thanks to Jen. We were able to see and do so much! The cruise was a great way to see the best of all the islands! Highly recommend Jen for any travels!

We had an amazing trip with our adult sons to celebrate a milestone birthday. Jen was so helpful finding accommodations for us within our budget and also helped with so many check in details. Her attention to details and her willingness to support us really helped reduce stress that can come with some of the unknowns of international travel.

Jen was super responsive and helpful addressing any and all questions we had before, during, and in route home. I will need to plan our next trip with Jen soon. This was my first experience utilizing the services of a travel agent. My daughter had used her services previously so I felt good about booking with Jen and she did not disappoint.

Her step by step guidance in planning a trip with many parts made the process enjoyable and boosted my confidence in pulling off this epic adventure. With each step of planning, I found myself looking forward more and more to the trip. Her recommendations for tours and accommodations were spot on for my needs and desires. In addition, her availability and support during the trip proved invaluable - she even contacted my phone provider when I temporarily lost service. I will never take another trip without her help.
