Jen helped booked different facets of our trip and was a great resource to have as someone who is familiar with the area. She set us up with some great experiences and helped us out when an outfitter canceled on us. She was able to find the same adventure with a different outfitter at the same time. Ken was knowledgeable and great to work with planning our first trip to Puerto Rico.
