Jeffrey booked our family onboard and took care of all our needs. We had chocolates, sparkling wine and even $25 onboard credit for our group. We had family who were elderly and Jeff took care of us and answered our questions. He gave us the information we needed on embarkation and had even printed out our boarding passes. Well organized and prepared.

Jeffrey was attentive to all our request. He was knowledgeable and able to answer our questions. He helped set up our place to stay, tours and flights. He looked for deals to help us save money. He compared prices to give us the best choices. He was available over the phone, email, text and video call. He helped alleviate many of our concerns since this trip was our first in this country. We will go back to him for future family trips. I have recommended him to friends and family.

Jeff was wonderful to work with again! He was able to provide plenty of options to choose when selecting trip location and resort. Jeff made sure to help confirm and re confirm requesting items and make sure all details of trip were taken care of and flights, ground transportation, resort, and more.
