My wife and I just completed an exceptional safari to Zambia and Malawi. A major reason why it was such a great success was that we had Jeffi Norris as our travel advisor. She provided the superior expertise and guidance of a true professional. She guided us through all aspects of the trip with a wealth of knowledge, graciousness, and extreme patience. I am very Type A client and ask for every detail to be completely buttoned down. Jeffi was always there to get every answer and every detail worked out---and at the end of my long lists of questions she always concluded with an invitation to ask more questions whenever a thought popped into my mind. She was tireless in trying to make everything perfect. She looked forward to our notes and photos while we were away and always replied with support and enthusiasm. When we returned home, she was truly interested in hearing all about our adventure. She is always supportive and a delight to know.

I had worked with Jeffi decades ago when she was with an adventure company, specializing in African safaris. Of the many dozens of travel advisors that I have worked with during my 50 years of constant travel, just 2 stood out as the best of the best. Jeffi is one of them. It was a completely fortuitous set of circumstances that allowed our paths to cross again but I was thrilled to have her shepherd us on this recent trip.

Everything met or exceeded our expectations. The parks we visited we all beautiful, different and had lots of game (and we got loads of National Geo type of photos, really!). The lodges were lovely with well-trained safari guides that could answer any questions and get us in the perfect position to have the best view possible. The service of the entire staff at each of the 4 safari locations we visited was always warm, caring and kind. Even details like transfers and bush flights were seamlessly accomplished. Five stars.
