Jeff was with us the entire way! When we learned that our first hotel wasn't available he was on it and found us another location and that location honored the price we first agreed to. Jeff not only found us a hotel but helped coordinate a food tour of Chinatown - highly recommend - and that's not something I was thinking of doing but it was a highlight of the trip.

I can only imagine how frustrating it might have been in our situation if we didn't use Jeff Tanner as our travel advisor...we probably wouldn't have found The Renwick Hotel and definitely wouldn't have been able to stay at the same nightly rate!
