My wife Trish and I had a trip to the British Isles on our bucket list for quite some time. As the logistics of visiting all the countries and cities we wanted to visit was somewhat daunting, we again reached out to Jeff Goldstein to assist. We discussed our desires at length with Jeff and based on his vast cruising experience, Jeff was able to present what he thought would be the perfect cruise for us. Not only was Jeff able to select a cruise that addressed all our bucket list items but as it turned out, he had been on this exact Viking British Isles Explorer London (Greenwich) to Bergen cruise itinerary. This gave us incredible insight to what awaited us as Jeff was able to provide firsthand knowledge of what to expect. In addition, as this was our first Viking Ocean Cruise, Jeff made sure we were aware of all the benefits to ensure we maximized all the opportunities the itinerary offered. He continued to follow up throughout the process from the time of booking to reminding us of when it was time to book shore excursions and restaurant reservations, to the details of ensuring we received everything needed from Viking right before departure. We cannot say enough about the knowledge and support Jeff provided that made this a truly amazing journey!

I had a group of 19 individuals who were looking for an affordable yet enjoyable stay at a tropical destination. As the leader of my group, I reached out to Jeff in hopes of gaining some knowledge and expertise on both individual and group travel booking. I was not only met with immediate gratitude, but most importantly, Jeff worked diligently to make things work. Being a “last minute trip” we were less than 2 months out, and Jeff managed to find us the perfect destination. Being under 25 years of age, we were met with requirements that we could not meet. It was challenging to find somewhere that would work for us, however, Jeff was extremely confident that he could make it work while remaining within a specified budget. He found us a great resort in St. Martin, which worked perfectly. The St. Martin Sonesta Maho Resort. He worked day in and day out to book 19 of us across two different airlines, separate hotel transfers and 5 different rooms. I felt informed, comfortable, safe and taken care of, being that it was the first time out of the country for several of us. Jeff called ahead of time to the hotel concierge to specify and confirm our room requests, as well as constantly updated me on flight and transfer information. Although he was one phone call away, it felt like he was with us the entire way and ensured we had the best stay. I would recommend him to ANYONE looking to book all-inclusive or other forms of travel because his expertise truly is unbeatable. I am already planning two more trips through him, as I would not do so any other way!

When I was looking to plan a special trip for a milestone birthday for my wife Trish, I reached out to Jeff Goldstein to assist. I let Jeff know that we wanted a luxury but “laid-back” experience where we could enjoy some pampering but also enjoy low key pristine beaches, good food and a unique experience. Jeff suggested the Four Seasons in Anguilla. Not only was he able to obtain a great deal on the property, but he also ensured they knew about our special occasion so when we arrived, they really took care of us and brought us to a fantastic ocean view room with special amenities waiting for us to enjoy. In addition, based on Jeff’s extensive travel experience, he was able to suggest several dining options including Salt at the Four Seasons, each with a unique culinary approach and ambience. Finally, Jeff was also able to direct us to several beaches and a unique musical experience at Bankie Banks Dune Preserve. Jeff did not disappoint! It was everything we hoped for and had a spectacular time. It was clear Jeff listened to our desires and constantly followed up to ensure our trip would go as planned. We will absolutely be reaching out to Jeff again for future trips!
