I had an amazing time celebrating my friend Jeanine's birthday in Punta Cana! While this trip was organized to celebrate her milestone birthday, it also gave me the opportunity to experience firsthand the level of care, organization, and professionalism she brings as a travel advisor.

From the moment the trip was planned, Jeanine made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She handled the details, communicated everything clearly, and selected a beautiful resort along with excursions that gave us the perfect balance of relaxation, fun, and experiencing the culture of the Dominican Republic.

One of the highlights was our unforgettable day at Saona Island, where we enjoyed crystal-clear water, great food, drinks, music, and even beach massages. We also experienced another excursion featuring Dominican rum tastings, cigars, coffee, chocolate, and local artisan shops, which allowed us to bring home authentic souvenirs and memories.

Although we were only there for a few days, the itinerary never felt rushed. We had plenty of time to enjoy the resort, relax by the pool and beach, and celebrate together while still taking in some of the best experiences Punta Cana has to offer.

Celebrating Jeanine's birthday made the trip even more special, but what impressed me most was seeing how effortlessly she balanced being the guest of honor while ensuring everyone else had an incredible vacation. If this trip is any indication of the level of service she provides her clients, I would absolutely recommend Jeanine to anyone looking for a knowledgeable, organized, and thoughtful travel advisor. She truly knows how to create memorable travel experiences.

My travel advisor Jeanine provided lots of communication about the booking and potential activities. She had an example itinerary drawn up before the trip which helped me understand what to expect and how to pack. She followed up with questions to tweak the itinerary based on activities that I was interested in. She handled the hotel reservation issue very well even with spotty communication from the hotel. She was able to get them to provide the breakfast buffet for the remainder of the trip for the inconvenience, which was a nice bonus!
