Jean is so easy to work with. Moreover, she is meticulous in researching the best hotel for her client’s needs. She is, dare I say a “perfectionist,” and is extremely passionate about travel and believes that the hotel can make or break one’s trip. The Hotel Zamora was indeed perfect for the trip I did to Florida to “swim with the manatees.” Thank you Jean.
