Jason Erickson made planning my stay at Halepuna Waikiki by Halekulani effortless. From the beginning, he took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for in a hotel and recommended the perfect option. He secured an ocean view room on the 8th floor, which turned out to be the highlight of the trip thanks to its oversized balcony and beautiful view overlooking the Halekulani resort.
Throughout the process, Jason was responsive, detail oriented, and made sure every question was answered. He handled all of the arrangements smoothly, which allowed me to simply enjoy the trip without stress. Jason made this a truly relaxing vacation and experience. Very communicative and clear and got us exactly what we wanted. Gave us plenty of recommendations. He got us better rates than other travel booking options for things such as booking a luau, airport transportation, private boat rental for snorkeling, hotel, and airfare. He was very flexible with our needs and accommodating to plan changes. And he always responded promptly to all our questions. We are going to use him again for all our future travel bookings.
