Jasmine Sannicolas was the best! She made what to us was potentially an overwhelming experience, be well thought out and planned. She communicated very well with us every step of the way and not only booked hotels and flights but suggested activities and restaurants to go to. With only 3 weeks before our desired trip date, Jasmine planned the perfect trip for my partner and I. She asked what we wanted as far as hotel accommodations, food and activities. She gave us a list of hotels to choose from that was in our budget. She also put together a list of activities based on my likes and dislike and provided a list of restaurants that she has personally experienced. It was the perfect little getaway trip to Mexico! Wow! Our travel advisor is incredible and we can't thank her enough. This was our first time working with a travel advisor and I have to say Jazzy was a dream to work with. She helped my husband and I book the 4 seasons and we couldn't be happier especially since we reached out to her last minute.

We also kept changing the dates of our trip as we were trying to figure out how much we could truly spend to maximize our experience. Everytime we'd change something she was responding with a great attitude and with a new link. She also recommended a few incredible places one of which we ate at the last day (Mamas fish house) and we thought it was divine.

She also was able to upgrade us to the most beautiful room overlooking the ocean as well as get us breakfast credit to one of the restaurants at the hotel and the food was insanely good as well as the service.

Every year I take a birthday trip and I had never been to Europe before, so I decided to finally go for it. I booked my first ever Europe trip through Jasmine and it was absolutely incredible. She suggested Italy and mapped out Rome, Milan and Florence for me. I was a little hesitant at first because I assumed it would be insanely expensive, but she found beautiful and affordable accommodations that fit exactly what I wanted.

Jasmine is so well traveled and her advice was priceless. She made amazing recommendations for restaurants, attractions and little experiences I never would have known about on my own. She put together a full itinerary for me and genuinely went above and beyond every step of the way. I even changed my mind about one of my hotels at the last minute and she rebooked me into a nicer one with zero stress. She was patient, kind and incredibly responsive even with a nine hour time difference while I was overseas.

I am a solo traveler and I do not speak Italian, so having her support meant everything. She booked the most fun experiences for me, including a private boat ride on Lake Como that was shockingly inexpensive. She also arranged my airport transportation, which gave me so much peace of mind since I was arriving late at night in a new country by myself. Jasmine has amazing taste in restaurants and hotels and helped me feel like I was balling out on a budget. The savings she found on both flights and hotels were unreal. I will never go on another trip anywhere without at least checking in with her first. She is professional, thoughtful, detail oriented and just genuinely talented at what she does.
