My travel advisor, Janine, was very communicative and went above and beyond! She send us all of the information about different resorts in a detailed, but easy to understand way. She was able to elaborate on personal and other traveler's experiences with the resorts which we appreciated. She even had our resort put a personalized card and rose petals on our bed ahead of time when she heard it was our honeymoon! It was a beautiful start to our stay! Janine is the best and we will definitely be booking with her again!

Janine Pizzatto, let me just say is a wonderful person and knows her job. She made me feel at ease with the whole cruise reservation. I have never been on one like I’m sure most people have not, but she explained to me why you should have insurance and have tips added in to the reservation. I was with other family members, but I wanted my own room. She made that happen for me and it worked out perfectly. Thank you for all you expertise and advice.
