Janet is very professional in all contacts with me. She is prompt and accommodating. She listened to what we wanted from our trip and aligned a cruise that was terrific. Everything that we needed to know/do was relayed to us in a timely manner. When I didn’t understand how to maneuver computer tasks that need to be completed, she was extremely patient. I highly recommend Janet for your traveling needs.
