Janelle provides a variety of options depending on your destination and price point. We happened to plan our trip to Tokyo last minute (within a less of week before departing) and reached out to Janelle for help booking our hotel. She was very responsive and helped us book 3 different hotels for each leg of our trip. She always gets us the best rates and perks when available. Booking with Janelle gives us peace of mind when traveling. 10/10 recommend
