From the very start, Janell was amazing! She helped my family book the cruise, excursions and assisted with some upgrades we wanted. She was professional, timely and knowledgeable. I would and have recommended her to friends and family! I will absolutely reach out to Janell whenever I need assistance with planning a vacation!! She went above and beyond to contact Carnival after the cruise to discuss our issues and escalate our claim with them. I was very thankful that we chose to have her services!

Having Janell's assistance with booking was fabulous. I was able to let Janell do all the leg work on planning a vacation and I simply got to enjoy myself! It was wonderful to have her as a point of contact and get her help with everything. Janell is the best!
